Soul Food Gone Wrong
A darkly humorous four-panel comic where Death attempts to claim someone’s soul. The first panels show Death’s typical intimidating “Your soul is mine” moment, followed by what appears to be him successfully extracting the soul – but the punchline comes in the final panel where Death violently spits it out with a “PTHHHHHBBT” sound effect. It’s essentially a “expectations vs reality” joke where even Death discovers some souls just don’t taste as good as they look. Like accidentally taking a sip of spoiled milk, but with souls.
